David Kreeger, Founder
Most consultants come from one world. I come from a few.
I spent nearly a decade practicing law, first at a large firm in Washington, D.C., then in-house at IBM and Lenovo through Lenovo's acquisition of IBM's PC business. I spent the next 14 years as an entrepreneur, owning businesses across franchising, fitness, and the radio-controlled hobby industry. Along the way, I chaired advisory boards for CertaPro Painters, a national franchise system, helping it grow from $250M to over $700M in system-wide revenue.
That path gave me far more than a list of skills. It gave me ways of seeing. I've sat on every side of the table: as a lawyer advising on risk and solving problems, as a leader inside enterprise companies navigating complexity at scale, and as an entrepreneur with real skin in the game. I know what it feels like to be the person staring at the problem, and I know how easy it is to lose the forest for the trees when you're in the middle of it.
I bring those perspectives to every engagement. I'm not here to hand you a framework and disappear. I'm here to help you see the whole board and figure out your next move.
I live in North Carolina with my wife, our two kids, and a Bernese Mountain Dog that sheds constantly. I'm an avid tennis player, snowboarder, and gear head.

Patrick Harrell
The Krewe
Patrick has spent his career on both sides of the marketing equation — as an agency strategist and as the leader of a marketing department inside a multi-billion dollar health insurer. That combination gives him something most strategists don't have: a deep understanding of how all the moving pieces of branding and marketing fit together, and how to problem solve when they aren't producing the necessary results. He can help turn strategic clarity into the words, stories and communication strategies that move people both inside and outside an organization.
